What helps us price it
- The address, so we can look at the roofline before we quote.
- What the roof is made of, if you know — cedar shake, asphalt shingle or concrete tile.
- How many storeys, and roughly how steep it is.
- Which slopes have gone green, and what is growing over them — oak, fir, cedar, arbutus.
- Where a ladder could stand, if the lot is on a slope or the side is tight.
